QUALITY ASSURANCE

AL MISNED JOINERY Quality Plan comprises a system of instructions, covering all activities required to carry out a project from award of the Contract through to completion of the work and handover to ensure that all works satisfy the required level of artistic and durable quality in a timely manner in accordance with the project specification. We define Quality Assurance as the ability to control the construction process by planned and systematic actions which provide adequate confidence that all work carried out will satisfy project requirements for a level of high artistic quality. We define Quality Control as the process of operational techniques and activities, not to be confused with routine control of work during the installation process, which identifies non-conforming work with respect to the project requirements for the level of quality through to completion of the work.
